  • Share your unique perspective on what you do. Those that are fascinated by your unique perspective will be drawn to you.
  • Deliver a service or product that is needed. This is what makes it marketable.

CONSULTING

Ideal Customer: A progressive minded company that sees customer relationship as the key to success and the differentiator in business today. That desires to have a business where they are efficient and working almost exclusively with their ideal customers. A team large enough to execute on an action plan and small enough to rely on the expertise of consultants.
My Unique Perspective: Companies waste too much time trying to satisfy some customers that will never be satisfied. And they often turn out to be the least profitable. The path to exponential growth is to only work with your ideal customers—those that already value what you offer, are the easiest to work with and enable everyone to do their best work which inspires loyalty and referrals.
Service: 1-2 day on-site workshop working with the entire team. It’s a deep dive into understanding what makes the company unique, what makes your ideal customer tick and what brand message speaks to them. The workshop is followed up with 2 months of support to complete projects of website development and marketing materials.

CHIEF BRANDING
OFFICER

Ideal Customer: A company large enough to need the support with branding and marketing but small enough to know they can’t do it all themselves. An open-minded company that sees the value in an outside perspective to separate them in their industry and amongst their competition.
My Unique Perspective: Brand messaging and marketing is an ever-changing need today. We no longer develop a website and let it sit for 5 years. Or even one year. There is a need to constantly evaluate what’s working and what can be said better to connect with ideal customers. This includes websites, social media, communications and sales.
Service: A monthly retainer as Chief Branding Officer to work with the marketing team, sales team, customer service and executives as well as be a liaison with website designers and consultants to be sure there is consistency of brand message and customer experience.

COACHING

Ideal Customer: A mid-life entrepreneur looking to leave a corporate job for entrepreneurship or from one business venture to another. Someone who desires more purposeful work at this stage of life and wants to get to where they want to go as quickly as possible.
My Unique Perspective: Transition comes with its own set of challenges. Mid-life entrepreneurs don’t have time to waste. They want to get to doing the work they really want to do asap. It’s important to get it right because you are taking the risk to transition from something to move towards something more meaningful to you. Such a bold move needs to be in the hands of someone experienced and knowledgeable to get you where you want to go quicker.
Service: Minimum of six months one-to-one coaching which includes three 45-minute calls per month with unlimited email and text support.

Ideal Customer: A small business, entrepreneur or solopreneur who needs support in getting clear on what is most marketable about them, who they are meant to serve and how best to attract their ideal customer. Who is frustrated that they know they are good at what they do but don’t seem to be getting their point across. Who understands that the investment in getting their brand message right will reward them many times over.
My Unique Perspective: It’s frustrating when an entrepreneur has so much to offer and the world doesn’t get it. It’s almost always because of a lack of understanding of their ideal customer and communicating the right message to the right people. We start with a three hour deep dive call to align the unique value you bring, who your ideal customer is and the brand message that will speak to them. Also includes four 45-minute action step calls to execute our plan. While our emphasis is on redoing your website, the benefits of the process improve marketing, sales, customer service and almost all areas of business with a clear understanding of what you offer, the problem you solve and who you are meant to serve.
