One-to-one coaching is minimally a six-month commitment. There are three 45-minute coaching calls scheduled per month with unlimited communication in between. It is my goal to be unlike any coach you've ever known. I will do what needs to be done to meet our objectives. You have easy access to me at all times.

One-Month Positioning Intensive
A One-Month Positioning Intensive is designed for businesses that are ready to refine how they are seen, understood, and chosen.
You may already have a strong offer. A business that works. But there’s a sense that how you are positioned or communicated doesn’t fully reflect the level you are capable of or the clients you want to attract. Or you want to be sure that it does. There's too much at risk not to get it right.
This is about precision.
Over the course of one month, we take a concentrated look at your positioning, messaging, and how your business is presented. We clarify what you stand for, how you differentiate, and how to express your value in a way that resonates at a higher level.
This is not a surface-level exercise. It’s about making thoughtful, precise decisions that shape how your business is perceived, from first impression to ongoing experience.
As clarity develops, we refine key elements such as your messaging, offers, and how you communicate your value. The goal is alignment, so that what you present matches the standard you intend to deliver.
By the end of this work, clients find their business feels more cohesive, more intentional, and more reflective of the level they’ve been aiming for.

90-Minute Strategy Intensive + 30 Minute Integration Call
A Strategy Intensive is designed for moments when you need clarity, especially when your ideas or direction aren't fully formed, or your next move isn't certain.
You may have pieces in place. Ideas you’ve been considering. Opportunities that feel promising but not yet defined. Or a sense that there’s something more you could be doing, but you haven’t quite pulled it together.
This is where we begin.
In a single, focused session, we take a close look at what you have, what you’re building, and your current messaging. We'll consider all your transferable skills and experiences, and develop a fully marketable idea. I'll help you sort through the noise, identify what matters most, and bring structure to what may feel scattered, unresolved, or untapped.
This is not a general conversation or open-ended brainstorming. The intention is to connect the dots and define a clearer, more grounded direction forward.
Clients leave with a sharper understanding of what they’re building, what to prioritize, and a next step they can act on with greater confidence. It's a level of clarity that allows you to move forward and see a return on your investment many times over.
