Ideal location near Bon Marche, iconic cafes, and a short walk to Jardin du Luxembourg. Just a few blocks from my apt so I know the neighborhood
well.
Hotels:
There are many hotels in Saint Germain.
Relais Christine is one of the most exquisite in Paris (quite expensive)
I have friends stay at Le Pavillon Faubourg when they vist (pretty costly)
Hotel Odeon is more reasonable and has a great reputation. Recommended by Les Frenchies.
There are many more to research.

Paris has a strict regulation that owners can only rent their properties 90 days a year. This can cause last-minute cancellations. Everything worked out great for everyone in 2025.
Transportation from airport:
Use my driver Sami. He has a team now if he's not available. He's great and will have a croissant ready for you.

You can also use a taxi. It's a bit cheaper but also more confusing. Only take a taxi from the proper taxi stand, not from people soliciting.
